Dr. Ali Nasser Al-Tahitah is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Leadership and Management at the Islamic Science University of Malaysia / Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). He earned his PhD in Human Resource Management from the same institution, reflecting his deep commitment to advancing knowledge in the field. His areas of expertise include Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Capital Development, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Organizational Change, Learning Organizational Culture, Public Speaking, and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Al-Tahitah is well-versed in research methodology and quantitative data analysis, providing valuable insights into organizational dynamics and effective leadership strategies.
Dr. Al-Tahitah has a strong record of academic supervision, currently supervising 14 PhD students, with 7 PhD graduates having successfully completed their studies under his guidance. He has also contributed to academia through the publication of 80 research papers and a book chapter. Asst. Prof Dr.Emad Monshi

Dr. Em is a distinguished expert in event and tourism management and currently serves as Chairman of the Saudi Tourism Society, Consultant in Developing Events and Tourism Destinations, and Assistant Professor of Events and Tourism Management at King Saud University.
He holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship Event Tourism Management from Flinders University in Australia, in addition to two master’s degrees in event management and travel and tourism management from the University of Queensland. His academic background also includes a graduate diploma in economics and a bachelor’s degree in financial management.
With over 15 years of experience as a consultant, Dr. Monshi has worked extensively with Saudi government ministries, universities, private sector organizations, and non-profit entities. His consulting work focuses on developing innovative tourism strategies, event design, and destination planning.
Dr. Monshi is also a prolific academic, having authored and edited numerous publications in the areas of gastronomy tourism, cultural heritage events, and sustainable tourism development in Saudi Arabia. His leadership, scholarship, and national contributions continue to shape the future of tourism and events across the Kingdom.

Prof. Dr. Mazen Mohammed Farea is a distinguished academic and researcher in Business Management, currently serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Finance & Administrative Sciences at Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU), Malaysia. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from MEDIU, an MBA from Kuala Lumpur Infrastructure University College. With over 15 years of academic, research, and leadership experience, Dr. Mazen has contributed significantly to curriculum development, research supervision, and academic administration. He has served in various key positions including Deputy Dean, MBA Program Coordinator, and Assistant Professor. His areas of expertise include Strategic Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Management Innovation.
Dr. Mazen has published extensively in high-impact journals indexed in SCOPUS, ISI, IEEE, and Springer, and has authored a book on internet banking users. He has also contributed to numerous international conferences as a chair, organizer, and presenter.
He is a consultant and external examiner for several universities and institutions in Malaysia and abroad, and actively involved in training programs across areas such as business management, marketing, and hospitality. His professional affiliations include editorial roles and peer-review activities for reputable journals.

Mr. Ayid Al-Shomrani is a prominent figure in the educational, pedagogical, and administrative sectors in Saudi Arabia, with over 31 years of experience at the Ministry of Education. Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership and academic positions across cities, including Riyadh, Mecca, Jeddah, Yanbu, and Bisha.
He served as the General Supervisor for School Leadership at the Ministry of Education and played a pioneering role in designing and implementing performance indicators for schools and educational departments. He led a specialized team to apply these indicators electronically, issue analytical reports, and develop improvement plans. He also spearheaded several national initiatives to support local content in educational projects.
Internationally, Mr. Al-Shomrani served as the Principal of the Saudi School in Kuala Lumpur from 2019 to 2023 and oversaw remote learning platforms in Australia and Russia. He contributed to supporting underserved communities, such as Rohingya students and led an Arabic language program—in collaboration with the Saudi Ministry of Defense—delivered to personnel at the Malaysian Ministry of Defense.
He is the Founder of Tatweer Global (Malaysia), a company dedicated to educational services, sustainability, tourism, and digital transformation, aiming to strengthen international cooperation in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Mr. Al-Shomrani holds a Master’s degree in Educational Management from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at Al-Madinah International University in Malaysia.
He has received multiple awards and honors, most notably an official letter of appreciation from the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Malaysia in recognition of his educational and cultural contributions.
